This year, teams using Artist Workspaces haven't just been driving traffic and collecting one-off pre-saves; they've been building audiences.
- 300,000+ fans added to artist mailing lists
- 100,000+ subscribed to automatically receive new releases in their streaming library
- 200,000+ library adds generated from those subscribers
- 90,000+ automated release notification emails delivered
At the heart of it is a simple mechanic: when a fan pre-saves a release in a Workspace, they can subscribe to automatically receive every future release from that artist. One interaction, and they're connected for the long term. Here's what makes that possible:
A shift toward artist-centric campaigns
Artist Workspaces introduces a different way of structuring work in Linkfire, one where each artist has a dedicated space to operate from. Campaigns, data, and collaboration all organised around the artist rather than across a label board.
This makes it possible to configure services, pixels, data integrations and more per artist, work with artist teams and external collaborators in context, and build engagement features that persist beyond a single release.
Most importantly, it creates the foundation for turning link visits into lasting fan connections.
Already this year, over 4,500 Workspaces have been created and more than 40,000 links migrated into them. The setup happens once, and the value compounds across every release that follows.
New ways to grow and activate your audience
We've continued expanding what you can do inside Workspaces.
🎧 Follow — now extended to playlists

Fans can now follow not just your artist profile, but also playlists directly after pre-saving a new release.
This opens up new ways to:
- Keep fans engaged leading up to release day and beyond
- Guide listeners toward curated content and discovery
- Extend the lifecycle of your campaigns
📩 Mailchimp integration

You can now send the fan emails you collect in Artist Workspaces directly into Mailchimp — making it easier to take action on your audience outside of your campaigns.
This means you can:
- Build and manage your audience in your existing CRM
- Launch email campaigns without manual exports
- Turn fan data into ongoing communication
Together, these updates bring you closer to a more connected flow — from fan interaction → to audience growth → to activation.

How teams are working today
Workspaces are increasingly becoming the central place labels, managers, and artists operate from together, with a shared view of campaigns, performance, and audience.
What makes this work in practice is the ability to bring in the right people at the right level. Workspaces has three permission types:
Reader — view-only access to Workspace analytics. If a manager or external stakeholder just needs a snapshot of how an artist is performing, Reader gives them exactly that, nothing more.
Editor — everything a Reader can see, plus the ability to create and manage links. Right for anyone actively working on campaigns.
Admin — full access, including settings, integrations, and creating new Workspaces. For the people who own the setup.
This means labels can bring in artists, managers, and external collaborators without losing control of how the Workspace is configured. Everyone gets access to what they need, and our brand new artist-level analytics give them something genuinely worth logging in for.
